I had a new Rep assigned, so I referred him to this thread to get him up to date. Here's the reply: "Okay thank you for that helpful post to the boards. Upon further investigation, I found that it is a known issue with Mac version 2. There shouldn't be any long term effects. So we would ask if you would just bare with us while we get it figured out."
