Today when I launched FTMM2 after about a week's absence, it no longer synchs with Ancestry. It is suggesting I upload my tree as a new one. This is the last straw. I have managed to work around and in spite of heaven only knows how many bugs and shortcomings in this software. Without doubt, this is the worst, buggiest and most disappointing software I have ever bought. Does anybody know how to get it to recognize my tree on Ancestry and sync again?
