Hi List, I keep getting questions about the Robert Frier who married Christiana Hunter in Washington county TN in 1792. Robert and Christiana settled in Madison county KY where he died in 1819. All his children are named in land records in Madison county. Only two of his sons, Absolom and James, left descendants. Absolom moved to Oregon and left two sons, John and Thomas. James moved to MO and left only one son, Robert. Both Absolom and James left female descendants. So all of you who are trying to graft onto Robert and Christiana (Hunter) Frier should move on to another Frier/Fryer family. If you are truly descended from Robert and Christiana I have a considerable amount of info on their descendants. Hope this helps some of you. Bill Hunter
