There is a William F family in the 1850 census in Allegheny Twp, Armstrong County. I am looking for a lead on James Fryer, b1785 and his daughter Margaret A, b1815. He is listed as a shopkeeper in Allegheny County in West Elizabeth, Pa and she married William B Ralph. James gives New York (Albany, I suspect) as birthplace and Margaret is born in Pa. Ralph lived in Armstrong County for a time. Do we have the same Fryer family in mind? Cassandra Gotham
