Joseph is a brother of Thomas Fryer who married Elizabeth Dickenson. Joseph's parents were Joseph (1707-1787) who married Hannah Simpson (1724-1792) in 1754. His father also Joseph Fryer (1670-1751) mar. in 1701 to Esther Preston (1668-1712) and secondly to Mary Boothman in 1715. I have more on the family if you would like it.
