    2. Aaron Hill
    3. I am not happy about this. I received the following message this morning. Please protest this short-sighted move, if you want. Perhaps if they hear from enough us, Ancestry will reverse course. Aaron J. Hill aaronjhill.wordpress.com From RootsWeb Administration <rwmailinglists@ancestry.com> Tue 1/7/2020 9:36 AM Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. 3. Well, this is fascinating. After the death of her husband, August FROMKE, in 1909, Anna, apparently hooked up with a John Melvin KECK and had at least one daughter, born in 1912, though John and Anna didn't marry until 1922, unless there's a transcription error somewhere. John was apparently quite the womanizer, marrying four women and divorcing all of them. http://www.findagrave.com/memorial/88478592 http://www.findagrave.com/memorial/185181172/Anna-Louise-Fromke Aaron Hill Seattle

At that time you wondered where he was buried. His parents placed a headstone in his memory at Tahoma Cemetery at Yakima, Washington. However, I found this information today. http://thewoundingofcharliewilber.com/page_15.html <http://thewoundingofcharliewilber.com/page_15.html> http://thewoundingofcharliewilber.com/page_16.html <http://thewoundingofcharliewilber.com/page_16.html> It makes for interesting, but disturbing reading. We would all like to think that our fallen relatives have been appropriately buried, but war frequently hampers the best of intentions. In Flanders fields the poppies blow ….
