I seem to get a message every couple of months. You won't be swamped with mail:-) We should have a roll call occasionally. I'm looking for descendants of Jacob Froelich (Frölich). One branch of the family spells it Fraelich and another Fraley. He was born in Germany (possibly Heutingsheim, Wuerttemburg) about 1739 and came to Strasburg, Lancaster Co., Pa. around 1752. I've found out all kinds of things about him except the names of his children on any kind of document (no deed, no will, not mentioned in probate, etc. - been looking for 30 years. Jacob Froelich, born abt. 1739, died 1784, married June 14, 1763 Anna Eva Elizabeth Reich b. abt. 1740, d. Oct. 22, 1824. I think children are (no proof): 1. Catherine 2. Jacob, b. abt. 1766, d. 1826, m. 1794, Veronica Fritz, d. before 1808 (ancestors of John M. Froelich 1834-1916, prominent builder and banker, Mountville, Lancaster Co, Pa.) 3. Elizabeth, may have married Henry Meyer 4. Johannes, b. abt. 1770, m. 1793, Barbara Lohrman b. abt. 1773, d. 1828 (my ancestors) 5. Maria, may have married Philip Benner 6.
