Hello List Member, As the "List Mom" for this list, I have to let you know of the things that have been happening with Roots Web. It seems as though their server's have been down and that alot of post's are being held until their server's can be brought back online. Apparently this should take about a week to fully be restored and for post's to actually be posted to the list. Some list's are already back online but they are still suspecting the posting time for All lists to come back to be about a week. If you have written into the list but have not seen it posted, please be patient. If it still has not posted in a week then please write again as it could have been lost in their shuffle. The following is what is posted on the Rootsweb site, for those who have not seen it..: Mail Lists: 2004-07-31 http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/ All list servers operational The remaining list server has been brought back on-line and we are currently putting mail through all lists servers. There is a backlog of mail to put through the server that has been out of action, and this will take the best part of a day. Please note that the mail will not be in chronological order as that will then take the better part of a week to get it distributed. Est. downtime: 1 day(s) I too have problems logging in and if there are those of you out there who are having problems "Unsubscribing" please just give it a little time and it will come through. If you need to contact me directly, please use the following e-mail address instead of posting to the list.
