My uncle, Robert Froehlich is really the best one to get more of the type of information that you are looking for as he has travelled to Europe to visit with the family in previous years. I will try to post his email address for you to contact. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I was looking more into the whys & wheres the family originated from. Curious as to the religious heritege as well. I have seen on other posts that a number of Froehlichs came over from Germany were Jewish. I have questioned this on all 4 sides of my grandparents & it seems no one knows this answer. I am also interested in the history of who the froehlichs were in Germany... Actual history... not just names, you know? Anyways... thanks for all your help. Hope you have a great day! Both boys are about ten-years-old and were on Dr. T.E. Lockhart's place. In some way, young Lockhart's gun was discharged, the load entering his companion's left arm, shattering the bone near the shoulder and necessitating the amputation of the member.
