Dear Julia, I belong to ancestry.com & genealogy.com. Whenever I 'search' a name on ancestry it gives all those names of lists where the name can be found (too much actually) and among that list sometimes are the books. For ex. New England Families has a lot of information. But I never looked up a name by the reference first. If a name is in the books, it will show how many and if your eligible to look there. judy b. from beautiful first day without rain downtown North Tonawanda, NY. > > From: [email protected] > Date: 2004/07/21 Wed PM 12:56:56 EDT > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [FRENCH-L] FRENCH reference > > Hmm I belong to Ancestry and didn't know that.
