Julia, Thank you for pointing this out......I personally have to apologize for getting a little frustrated because I felt I was being looked over and I know I am not as far along as alot are on my FRENCH family, but I recently started the research and was hoping to find something to go on to make sure I am in the right direction....I feel I am, but it takes awhile as you know to get documents through the mail system. I am sorry to disrupt the room and I will keep quiet and just watch and hope that spark you mentioned will happen for me. I apologize to all. These emails and all the data that is being sent is the personal research of members of the NJ French family. Everything Judith and the others send is what they have found in their personal research and are sharing with the list. Noone has reason to complain that only one line is being presented on the list. Get something going with your line and send some primary documents to the list. You may spark some interest and sharing that will advance the research of your French line. Has a similar study been done for the Frenches of the Mass. Bay Colony? I am researching Daniel French (1746-1784) of Berlin, Hartford Co., CT and wondered if his family (he) came down to CT from MA.
