Fellow French Researchers, One of the Frenchs who served from Ohio was Obadiah Crew (O.C.) French (1834-1910). (Descendent of Thomas (Nether Heyford/FFA Chart 20) -> Thomas -> Robert -> Thomas -> James -> William R. -> O.C.) Are there any other descendants of William R. French (1802-1869 - O.C.'s father), besides myself, who subscribe to this FRENCH list? According to Howard Barclay French's compendium of Thomas French's descendants, O.C. had three brothers: Charles (b1830 m1852 d?), John (b1832 m1-1855 m2-1882 d1893), and William James (b1858 m1-1868 m2-1900 d?).
