Thanks for your reply. I have seen most of this. I do have a correct listing of his children taken from the copy of his probate record after he died. As to his wife, she was Sarah RANDLE or RANDALL, and not Rannels. This can be proved in their marriage record. I am not sure of Sarah's parents. The more I work this one, the more tangled it gets! I want to see the hard copy.... I'll see if I can sort this out. I feel that Phillip, David, George, and Samuel are brothers since they all were on the same side of the Wabash River and not too far apart. mhh
