Hello, I am researching the French line that went up the Wabash River into Indiana. probably the brothers were: Phillip, David, Samuel, & George H. Phillip m. Sarah Randall in Aug 1812 Butler co. OH. (Cincinnati area) Phillip's oldest son was Warner b. abt.1814 (source is Phillip's probate document 1848) It sort of dawned on me like the proverbial "light bulb going off" in my head that Warner could have the surname of a grandmother or grandfather as they did in those days. Does anyone have a French who married a Warner?
