His will is not listed on the Perquimans County NCGENWEB page, so perhaps Richard and Elizabeth moved to Beaufort or Chowan or even Craven Counties. Elizabeth had children who died in Chowan County. Jonathan EVANS died in Chowan County in 1723, Sarah EVANS THIGPEN died in Chowan County in 1752. Her son Richard EVANS III died in Beaufort in 1752 as well.
