Old Albemarle County Perquimans Precinct NC Births, Marriages, Deaths & Flesh Marks says Richard III in 1683, Rebecca and Ann born in 1685. One research even told me Rebecca was born in 1688. Elizabeth Evans married James Oates in 11 Sept 1694. They were married by Dep. Gov. Thomas Harve. James died in 1703, and she married Richard French in 1705. Ann is the daughter of Richard Jr. and Elizabeth Evans. She died in 1700. Richard and Elizabeth Evans had the following children, Jonathan, Richard, Rebecca, Ann, and Sarah.
