By 1860 they are seen in Wood County, OH near Sarah's father John Sherrod Hatfield and stepmother Joanna Bonell (Sarah's mother Caroline McMillen born 1824 in Williamsburg, Clermont, OH and died abt 1846 in Wood County, OH) 1870 Joseph and Sarah and growing family are seen in Jasper County, IA, 1880 indicates the family now in Bolckow, Andrew County, MO and by 1900 Joseph and Sarah are living in Kansas City, KS until thier deaths before 1910 (Sarah) and after 1920 for Joseph's.
