I've only documented two DANFORTH surnames. The first is Martha who was b. abt. 1629, married Richard FRENCH abt. 1648, and they had two children, Joseph & Samuel. Martha died abt 1659 in Billerica, Middlesex Co. Mass. The second is Rhoda, who was born 22 Apr 1769 in Dunstable, Middlesex Co., Mass., married Theodore FRENCH abt. 1781 in Dunstable, they had 5 kids, Rhoda, Joseph, Rebecca, Theodore & Jacob. Rhoda d. 20 May 1790 in Dunstable. I have no information as to whether the two ladies are related, nor who their parents or any siblings were. My earliest documented William FRENCH was b. 26 Jun 1737, probably in Mass.
