Dec. 04, 1797 in Greenwich, Gloucester County. He was the son of another Garrett Clark. Does anyone reading this list know of a Clark and French connection from this area? Sarah French Clark had a sister, Hannah French Clark, b. 1844, Billingsport, Gloucester County. I figure the French connection came through the Clarks or Laymans.
