Dear Richard, The names of your French ancestors and the locale is so similar to mine that I thought I would contact you and see if we had any connection. My G-Grandfather Thomas French was born in 1835, Jennings Co. IN. He was living with the Dixon family (1850 census). He married Mary Little b. Dearborn Co. 1840 and moved to Jennings after 1850. They were married in 1864. They are both buried in Queensville Cemetery, Geneva Twp. Jennings Co.IN. I have never been able to find his parents or any siblings. I have been researching them for years. I have been to Jennings Co. twice but am unable to come up with anything.
