Nothing in life is free, but the internet comes close. All Rootsweb lists are owned by the person who requested and began the list. We pay Rootsweb yearly for each one, at $24 per year. I own six of them. We are, generally, open and easy, but have the power to exclude any trouble-maker. Mostly, I just monitor what is going on, and step in only when necessary. Julia
