James FRENCH II married Keziah CALLOWAY in 1783 in Boonesborough KY. They had a daughter named Theodosia, who married Dr. John HOOD and was the mother of Gen. John Bell HOOD. James and Keziah also had a son who was a judge and a member of Congress. He supposedly was the one who got John Bell HOOD his appointment into West Point military academy.
