I have tried on the French Charts before and have found out that the main lady who is in charge of the organization is with her mother who is very sick and she is having to spend every possible moment with her. ( I am sorry I don't remember her name) She has sent her apology that she couldn't get back with the information we needed at that time. I know it is frustrating when everyone mentions these charts. I get the impression that if a person is connected to a particular line , that is the only chart they have. This is just my guess because this is what I get from the different messages that I do see.
