I was recently sent an original obit from 12/3/47 concerning the death of a James Benton French, son of Thomas Paine French and Darah Brooks of Hartford NY. His left son Thomas M French of Chicago and William G French of Jamaica NY; grandson Hans T. French of Chicago and a brother Charles G. French of Utica.
