My Granddad George French died in 1984. I never asked any questions about his genealogy while I could. For the last 2 years I have been on an almost daily search to find any info I can, so far all I have is that his dad was Robert Ellis French. Ells was reared in Marion and Muscogee county Georgia. I find this on census records. I think his mother became Susan Worsham in 1851, apparently his dad died. I also think he had a brother in Taylor county Georgia. His name was Seaborn French. Does Any of this ring a bell to anyone? This family must of not done anything to ever be recorded, though Ellis was in the civil war. I am at a point that I do not believe I belong to anybody.
