There was an entry from someone on 08/22/00 filling in a number of holes in my familly's genealogy "Ancestors & Descendants of Samuel French the Joiner of Stratford CT" published in 1940. I recently uploaded our genealogy after transcribing it onto a PAF file?gedcom. All of them seemed to fit the earliest entries in our book except for JACOB FRENCH (THOMAS2, WILLIAM 1) B 1555 in Assington, Suffolk, England d 11 Nov 1615 m SUSAN WARREN 27 Sep 1578 in Bures St Mary, Suffolk Eng. b abt 1555 dau of WILLIAM WARREN and KATHERINE b Unfortunately, I do no know who put this information up here and more importantly what the source of their information was?
