In a nutshell, Dorothy French was my mother (Dorothy, Robert, John C., Nehemiah, William, Jeremiah. I have tried to contact Florence Spencer but have had no success. She is descended through Nehemiah as well. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased the book "The History of Sussex and Warren Counties", James P. Snell, 1881. I am trying to wade through this very thick volume. Many Frenchs are mentioned. I can try to write something up within the next couple of weeks and pass along to you. I do not have any information earlier than Jeremiah, nor do I have any information regarding siblings, other than the guess on Mary E. French. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you for your inquiry and for you time in reading this brief account. Hopefully I will be able to read some of the book this weekend. I'll let you know what I find. Sure wish I could connect my Jeremiah to someone's family. Marion Scherer
