    3. John, I am researching FRENCH in Sussex. My gr-grandmother was: Harriett Boniface FRENCH born 15 Mar 1858 in Brighton father - Corunna FRENCH mother - Harriett ROWLAND married - Henry William HARMAN I have not got any further back than this on my FRENCH line. Woul you happen to have come across these people in your research? 3. Dear John, French is a very common surname in Sussex. At one time there were eight Frenchs in the crcket team of the village in which I lived. In order to assist you would you please supply me with any Sussex French family trees which you wish to follow up.
