Hi Birde, That Asa French is my 4th great grandfather. Below is the ancestry of Samuel White which I have assumed, but I have never done a critical check on it. It's based on WFT and Ancestral File info that seem to agree with each other. I have lots of info on Asa French's descendants and related lines which I am willing to share. He married (1) Anna Pratt Abt. 1699. She was born September 14, 1682 in Weymouth, MA, and died September 14, 1757 in Weymouth, MA. She was the daughter of Matthew Pratt Jr. and Sarah Hunt. Generation No. 2 2. Ebenezer White, born 1648 in Weymouth, MA; died August 24, 1703 in Weymouth, MA. He was the son of 4. Thomas White and 5. Anne Workman. He married 3. Hannah Phillips June 2, 1671 in Weymouth, MA. 3. Hannah Phillips, born Abt. 1650 in Weymouth, MA; died October 5, 1732 in Weymouth, MA ?. She was the daughter of 6. Nicholas Phillips and 7. Elizabeth Jewson. Generation No. 3 4. Thomas White, born Abt. 1599 in England; died August 9, 1679 in Weymouth, MA. He was the son of 8. Thomas White and 9. Frencesca Martin. He married 5. Anne Workman 1639 in Weymouth, MA. 5. Anne Workman, born Abt. 1603 in England; died Bef. 1679 in Weymouth, MA. 6. Nicholas Phillips, born October 6, 1611 in Wendover, England; died September 1, 1672 in Boston, MA. He was the son of 12. Nicholas Phillips and 13. Abigail Sewell. He married 7. Elizabeth Jewson June 26, 1631 in Wendover, England. 7. Elizabeth Jewson, born 1609 in poss Wendover, England; died Aft. 1659 in Weymouth, MA. She was the daughter of 14. Richard Jewson and 15. Elizabeth Kipping.
