    2. Hi, My grandmother was born in Lambeth London, but I believe they moved to hamshire soon afterwards. siblings were charlie, ted, may ,violet. I have an edward J green born 1914 south stoneham with french as mother, other possible siblings charles edward green 1908 south stoneham, May B. Green 1911 southstoneham except for violet they all seem to fit. just can't find a marriage between charles william green and elizabeth FRENCH.     3. Hi French researcher's. I am also a French descendant only I have not been able to find my g g grandmother's parents for over 20 yr.'s looking and even in the French site. I do have a picture of her taken just before sh. died,( unk exact date taken ,) but as her looks in picture must have been abt then. She was 95 yr's old ad obit stated. She has on a night cap of white and looks as if her hair is gone or mostly gone. Also no teeth at least mouth has look of no teeth. Cassandra French b 1797/6 unk where. mar. to William Davis in 1811 may been Dearborn or neighboring Co. of Ind. unk. had 2 son's Joshua b June/Jul. 1812 and John b Dec. 1814. They I beleive divorced before 1818 and believe he took the boys as not with Cassandra and new spouse of Apr. 1818. Moses Brannon(an). She used the name of Keziah Davis and got mar. in Franklin Co. Ind which is next door adjoining Dearborn Co. Ind where they lived. I will send a picture of Cassis to anyone who can help me. Cassis used Cassandra as name on all other paper's etc. She died in Tama CO. Ia. in 1890 and is bur. in Kozsta, Iowa Co. Ia beside Moses who d in 1871 there. No marker's on graves.     3. Hello "Cousin", William French is my 8th great-grandfather. I'm impressed with your web site and marvel at how you found the time and energy to do it. But, I'm sure glad you have. Your site says that William is possible Mayflower descendant. I don't believe I have ever seen that before and since he arrived in 1635, at least according to the documentation I have from Henry Hazen's book on Billerica (which could be in error) and a ship's record of his passage, I was wondering where that information came from. Hi Jon, It's always good to meet another cousin. :-) I don't know which relative that Mayflower info came from, and I only posted it there in the hope that someone else would have additional information on it to offer. So far it doesn't look as though that is going to be the case. It may, of course be an error since many of my relatives still don't own computers and are researching the way we all used to. lol So just hold tight on this one and we'll see if anyone comes forward with additional information.
