What happens to my site IF I never request it to be brought back? (I've not requested that it be brought back.)

I'd say tell them IF you don't want it, because the rest of us are advocating they restore all sites for deceased webmasters, e.g. everyone so nothing is lost. IF you tell them, then yours won't be left in the pile that they need to make decisions about. My 2 unauthorized cents.
