Hi Neil, Sorry you don't see what I'm talking about in Filezilla! I absolutely agree with Pat Asher also. The files you are seeing in the left pane appear to have absolutely nothing to do with your web site. Do *NOT* delete them, and do *NOT* upload them. I also think Pat gave you some really good advice on setting the starting location for the left hand pane. I would suggest you try to follow that sequence of steps exactly. That should get you to the top level of where your site is stored locally. (Because of the way the hand off of the site that I'm paid to maintain happened, I've never used Site Manager, so apologies for not thinking of that! I was given an xml file by the previous webmaster and I used that to set everything up. But that's a whole other can of worms. :-)) Based on a tip someone gave me (thanks Susan!) when you open one of your site files in Kompozer it will show you the complete path to that file at the top. In case you don't know where your files are locally, that is a good way to find out. If you will make note of that path then you can use it when you browse following Pat's advice. I think you are still going to need to be able to navigate among your subdirectories even after you get your top level files showing in the left pane using Pat's advice. The same thing applies to the remote pane. I realize there may not be a checkmark by "Local directory tree" and "Remote directory tree" - at least not yet. My point was intended to be that you *want and need* a checkmark by each of those. If you can see the Local and Remote directory tree items in the menu when you click on View, then if you will click on those items a checkmark will suddenly appear to the left of each of them. After that, you should be able to see the directory structure in a section that will then appear above your list of files. I don't know if this helps or not, but when I click on View a list of 11 items appears. The bottom 7 of those have checkmarks to the left of them. With different versions of Filezilla that list might be different. If you don't see the Local and Remote directory tree items at all, then I'm at a loss as to how to fix that. If that is the case, then perhaps a remove and reinstall of Filezilla is in order? Hopefully Pat or someone else can help you with that.
