Bill, The original link to change your password was incorrect - it was missing a period after useraccount, and the link now given is correct. On checking https://sites.rootsweb.com/~taylorroots/ gives a Forbidden 403 error. Was the url used to access your site index.htm? Or was it directly to a page with another name? As Barry indicated, you have to start at the beginning of the instructions. https://sites.rootsweb.com/~taylorroots/ says the site is not available, so, as the first thing you need to do is ask that your site be restored.
