My site is back online https://www.rootsweb.com/~rprobert So now I'm trying to reset my password - but without success. I've read Pat Asher's summary and requested a new password but the link sent doesn't work - "We can’t connect to the server at useraccountrootsweb.com" I've copied and pasted the link, making sure that it was all there. I've tried several times within the hour. And I cleared my cache All I can think of now is that the email address I have now isn't the one I originally opened my account with - probably more than 15 years ago. Or am I missing something?
