by Mary Starnes My site is restored, but I can't connect using my FTP Explorer so I tried downloading File Zilla using the instructions on your tutorial, and I still get the same error message--unable to connect to site. My site name is marystarnesgenealogyhomepage. I've changed my password and I think everything is correct. I'm wondering if this is just a temporary thing while you all are in the process of restoring the sites?

Your site is restored and appears at sites.rootsweb.com/~marystarnesgenealogyhomepage/ Not sure what FTP program you mean by FTP Explorer. You can no longer drag and drop using Windows Explorer.
