Hi Pat, The missing period is between useraccount and rootsweb.com It is in the URL that Roots sends out to us after we have requested a password change and have replied with our Email address. Then Roots sends out a very, super long URL, with the missing period, so we can click on the URL and go to the webpage where we enter our new password and its repeat.
