Thank you all for the directions and updates about logging in to FileZilla. I have used it for several years to upload to my freepages and love it. I have a 12 character password (the only one since requesting my site to come back online), the newest version of FileZilla, and the information provided regarding all the correct settings to use. Cindy, You have been lucky! Reading everything carefully and noting the "go to" bits has obviously worked for you. For those who are still having trouble, Anne Mitchell has posted that those who used the original 10 - 11 character password, and were successful, will need to reset their password once more, i.e. [https://useraccount.rootsweb.com/websites/changePassword?requestId=.....] Passwords must be between 10 and 32 characters long, and must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: _ ! & @ # ( ) Asterisk (*) is not an accepted character.
