    3. I'm using latest FileZilla version 3.35.1. I do use SFTP, which I didn't specify before. I called it FTP as a generic name, in the same way that you may refer just to HTML when in fact you mean HTML5, for instance. In FileZilla > File > Site Manager > General, under "Protocol" there is a pull down menu where you can choose the option SFTP. You don't need to type anything in the "Host" box before the host name. Anyway, I've tried typing both, sftp://... and SFTP://... before sitesuser.rootsweb.com and I get the same error: Status:    Connecting to sitesuser.rootsweb.com... Response:    fzSftp started, protocol_version=8 Command:    open "herediasittig@sitesuser.rootsweb.com" 22 Command:    Pass: ************* Error:    Authentication failed. Error:    Critical error: Could not connect to server I hope someone can figure out what is not working. Thanks, Jorge Heredia

    3. Try resetting your password. Our logs show it was a bad password.
