The 2 are different. However, fortunately, both Pat A and Pat G are on both lists. And Anne (staff) is on the RW list.

Freepages-Help specializes in Freepages sites and issues specific to them. RootsWeb-Help is primarily for questions about USGenWeb and Homepages sites. But some questions/problems are the same for all web sites, regardless of the type of account you have, especially now when we are all learning how to get our RootsWeb hosted web sites back on line.
