The process of obtaining a new password was successful! However, be aware that the link to move to the next webpage, where you will "enter your desired PW", needs to have a period "." after useraccount. and before .rootsweb.com. (Only 1 period: useraccount.rootsweb.com) Then, when I entered my information into FileZilla, sftp didn't work, but SFTP did. Entering all caps worked. (SFTP://sites.....) Now I can breath again. Where in Filezilla did you enter the SFTP? In my Filezilla SFTP is selected from a pull down menu, not typed in.
