Attention Pat Asher I know Filezilla quite well and have been using it before FTP was invented...well just about. I too am getting the same connect error messages after getting my new password. Such as:" .....@sitesuser.rootsweb.com" 22 Command: Trust new Hostkey: Yes Command: Pass: *********** Error: Authentication failed. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server Being downunder (in New Zealand) I'm wondering if there's a time lapse in acknowledging a new password. I realise that the States has to catch up with us!! :) And Anne of the Rootsweb blog is not sitting up waiting for us. So should we just wait and see. I've sent a note to the blog. But for me I don't mind waiting as long as it's not my error. Keep up the good work..I've been over your instructions many times. Bryan

Things seem to be back to normal signing in to the RW server. Normal at least if you have been able to sign in before.
