    3. With all the mails we have been receiving about how to get our sites back on line, I was forgetting what information I had gotten from where or who, so I put together what is hopefully a one-stop page that includes the directions we have received from Anne, as well as tips and suggestions from those of us who have successfully navigated the new system and various ftp programs. See http://sites.rootsweb.com/~pasher/index.html Pat A.

    3. Pat, Exactly what was needed, thank you so much! I managed to piece it together by reading several emails but the one critical piece of information was buried in early posts - that we need to request our sites be restored! I finally got my request in 2 days ago. Several of the emails I was seeing made me think all I had to do was wait for it to be restored. Fortunately I did't do that! 3. I filled out the form asking to restore my website, but I rec'd an e-mail stating the e-mail address, which is this one and the only one I've ever used with my website, was not a valid e-mail address.  What should I do.Syble syble_gen@yahoo.com On Thursday, July 26, 2018, 2:17:20 PM CDT, Pat Asher <pjroots@att.net> wrote: With all the mails we have been receiving about how to get our sites back on line, I was forgetting what information I had gotten from where or who, so I put together what is hopefully a one-stop page that includes the directions we have received from Anne, as well as tips and suggestions from those of us who have successfully navigated the new system and various ftp programs. 3. If any other webmaster preceded you, that's what that means. Just put that info in on the bottom of the form. If this is not the problem, ask Anne.
