    3. Billie, I expect that the appropriate CSS will be adopted by the major browsers by the end of the year. The easiest method of checking it out is to go to:- http://netrenderer.de ... select either Internet Explorer 10 or 11 and enter - http://countjustonce.com/test/css-exclusion.html ... into the address bar. Click the Render button and in less than 2 seconds you will see the result. Note:: The image rendered contains only about 700px from the page top, and to see the next 700px enter 700 into the field to the left of the Render button, the click the button again.
