    1. [FreeHelp] Java script search tool not working
    2. Dan Smith
    3. I just started uploading my web pages to my site "smithpioneers". I have a search tool on my index.html page for searching through the rest of the pages on my website. It uses a Java script. It works great on my system, but when I upload it to freepages it has a problem. Click on the link below http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~smithpioneers/ and you will see the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dan

    3. Your page is FUBAR. Note second body tag causes the server to insert the ancestry header at that point, which is probably the least of your worries, as some of your Script stuff has escaped from the true header. Maybe the W3C validator would help you out. -R. On 2010-12-20 23:57, Dan Smith wrote: > I just started uploading my web pages to my site "smithpioneers". 3. You have somehow combined 2 pages into one. If the search page is in fact mean't to be in a separate window, what you have there is incorrect. You will need to explain in more detail exactly how you expect your index page to look, and what you expect from the search function. Barry
