Some time back realizing my own mortality I contacted Rootsweb/Ancestry about my free pages account. I can pass on my site to another simply by giving them the password. Failing anyone to take up my work the site will remain available as long as there is a Rootsweb/Ancestry. Really not a bad deal for what we get.
