    1. [FreeHelp] Where did FreeFind go?
    2. Vanessa Stern via
    3. I have been using FreeFind for years on one of my sites. About a week ago it stopped working, like the FreeFind site has completely disappeared. I thought it was a temporary problem, but it continues. This is very important. Does anyone know anything? Do I need to find another search service? Vanessa, I was able to easily locate their link using Chrome as my Browser.  I've not yet upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1. Have you made any recent changes to your site?  Google search this exactly:       https://www.freefind.com/ I would have checked your site, but you didn't provide a link.   Jean's MOORE pages work fine.  I note that Jean's Free Find is available after I hit ENTER on her site.  ENTER directs me to: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~jeanmccarthy36/index2.htmlJean's Free Find link is partially obscured: Shows as "Free F"; the "ind" part of the link isn't visible in my browser, but I can mouse over it, and it shows as www.freefind.com which redirects to the FULL Free Find link. [Note the https://www.]No worries, Jean, there's plenty of room to search.  This, Jean, just as some feedback.  NICE SITE! Vanessa, do you have an email and PW associated with your site?  I'm seeing that might be needed.  There's still a Free version and a Pro version of Free Find.  So, it might not be that they are not wanting to charge you.   Best of Luck!Kathie Buchanan
