    3. I have rebooted my router, rebouted my desktop and tried my husband's laptop. FreeFind is still not working from either my computer or my husband's, meaning that it must be the network. Most of the links that come up when I Google "FreeFind not working" are FreeFind links and I can't access them. I am getting really frustrated. So far I have not found any other sites that don't work. From the little I was able to see, it could be a DNS problem with Verizon. Any suggestions as to how I should approach that? 3. Hi Vanessa, I just inserted the code for FreeFind on my website and everything works just fine. Here is the URL to get to their site: https://control.freefind.com/servlet/interactive/control.html This address will take you to the login page. 3. Vanessa, This note was on the main page of the web site. Maybe this is the problem. "Note: Some small percentage of users on Verizon fios are experiencing intermittent connection issues to our main site and search cluster. Our upstream provider is working with Verizon to resolve this issue." 3. Vanessa, I, too, can use your Freefind without problem. One way to approach this problem is do nothing and save yourself aggravation. e.g. The whole point is that visitors can use it and we've verified that it works fine. On the other hand, it IS maddening when services we pay to use make decisions for us! Read through this from 2014: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/Fios-Internet/Unable-To-Connect-To-Certain-Websites/td-p/684937 I went through router problems. A hacker could get in a backdoor on a Netgear router and change my IP addresses used to connect to DNS. You could ask verizon to lead you through how to reassign your IPs (new numbers) and lock them into your router. If you do this, make sure you reset the router to factory settings first, then add the new IP addresses, and lock it with 64-byte password encryption. OR... call and complain but then, just trust that freefind is working on your site. Save yourself the worry, time, headache, frustration, irritation, etc. Life is too short. Judy
