Since the Freepages server was fixed, the Family Data form (which worked fine until then) no longer works. I have tried everything I can think of, gone through all of the (contradictory) Mailmerge instructions and am still getting the "File not found" error when I hit "submit" at the bottom of the page, when I test it. I know it's a lot to ask, but would anyone be willing to take a look at my coding for me?
