The Freepages-Help list is archived and anyone could find it and hack your account now or some time in the future. Write to [email protected], explain you posted it in mistake, and ask that it be changed. Next, if your account was created mid-year or later last year, it may not have existed in the back up they were able to restore, and the account may need to be created on the server again, even though the record for it apparently appears in the account logs. You will need to ask [email protected] about this as well. Be sure WS_FTP is set to Passive (PASV) transfers. If that doesn't correct the problem, copy the session log from WS_FTP and post it here. It could be either your AV firewall or your router. Check the settings in your AV program to be sure you have given WS_ftp access rights.
