As far as I know, FTM does not change the individual ID #'s each time you save a new GEDCOM. My WorldConnect link problems are because I had to upgrade from FTM 16 to FTM 2010 (16 would not work on Windows 7), and the two programs are different enough that it changed the ID #'s. I am assuming that once I have fixed my links, they will stay correct. That is, until a few years from now when I have to get a new computer with a new OS that will not run FTM 2010 . . . . Jenny
